Frequently asked questions
Which orders can customers edit?
Orders in the statuses you choose, while the time window is open, before the order is shipped. By default Pending payment and On hold orders, for 60 minutes.
Does the customer keep the price they paid?
Yes. Products already in the order keep their original price. Products that are added or switched use today’s price.
What if my team changes the order while the customer is editing?
The customer’s save is refused and they are asked to review the order again, so your change is never overwritten.
Will I know when an order was edited?
Yes: an email with every change, the changes in the order notes, a history box on the order and a column in the orders list.
Can I change the look?
The pages use your theme’s styles. Templates can be copied to your theme to change them.
