Can I try a plugin before buying?
Every plugin has a free version. Pro adds the advanced features on top, so you keep your settings when you upgrade.
Do you work on sites you did not build?
Yes. Most of our fix and care work is on sites built by someone else, on any theme or page builder.
What if my site is not WordPress?

How do you get access to my site?
You add your logins once in your account. They are stored encrypted and only the developer on your ticket can see them.
