The Pro add-on needs the free plugin. Its settings appear as five more sections under WooCommerce, Settings, COD Protection, and it adds WooCommerce, COD reports.
SMS and WhatsApp codes
Codes by WhatsApp or SMS with automatic fallback to email. Providers: Twilio, WhatsApp Cloud API, MSG91, Fast2SMS, and an HTTP API connector for local providers in Pakistan, the Gulf and Egypt.
Order confirmation
After a COD order the buyer gets Confirm and Cancel links, or WhatsApp buttons with an approved template. The order updates by itself.
Delivery confirmation
A mobile page where the buyer checks the address, notes corrections and picks a delivery time before dispatch.
Risk score
0 to 100 from refused, cancelled and completed orders by phone and email. Hold risky orders for review, hide COD above a score, auto block after refusals.
Advance payment
Risky buyers or big carts pay part online with any method you have. The COD order then shows the advance as paid and the courier collects the rest.
Advanced COD rules
No COD for chosen products, categories, cities or postcodes, and separate daily limits for new and returning buyers.
Message templates
Editable SMS and WhatsApp texts with starter templates in English, Urdu, Hindi, Arabic and French.
Reports and tools
Monthly reports with courier fees saved, block list CSV import and export, message log and test message.
